⭐ 1 percent shifts lead to miraculous turnarounds.
So many people look at a new year as an opportunity to make big, sweeping changes. But then they feel defeated when February comes around and they weren’t consistent with any of their goals. Sound familiar?
While it’s counterintuitive, instead of thinking big, it’s time to think small!
What are some small, doable shifts you can make to bring about more joy or success?
Perhaps it’s scheduling a quarterly dinner date with your best friends, setting a reminder to tell your parents every few weeks how much you love them (because life is short), or drinking a liter of water before you start your work day.
These small, positive habits add up! They also make you feel good and pave the way for a more miraculous life.
⭐ To get what you want, you’ve got to want what you’ve got.
So many of us feel like we don’t have enough.
But as Oprah reminds us: “Be thankful for what you have; you’ll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don’t have, you will never, ever have enough.”
We must never take our current blessings for granted.
Have you longed for something for years (for example: to have your own business, find love, or start a family) and now that it’s here you take it for granted?
Remember the time you yearned for the life you have today.
As you celebrate and appreciate the blessings in your life, you’ll magnetize more good to come to you in miraculous ways!
⭐ The level of your success is proportional to the level of your support.
To achieve big things, you need to have the right support in your corner.
Ask yourself a few important questions:
In the most challenging times, do you have a handful of trusted people you can rely on for emotional support?
In your business and life, do you have reliable, high-quality support that won’t let you down?
Sometimes, we need to invest more deeply in ourselves — whether it’s hiring a coach, mentor, healer, or therapist to help us get through those tough times.
Other times, we need to replace our current support. This could be anyone from a babysitter, friend, or service provider for our business who can’t give us what we need, disappoints us, or drains us in some way.
